John has specialized in sales force effectiveness and optimization, providing leadership that drives and accelerates growth in market share, sales, and profitability. He’s teamed with decision-makers at Price-Waterhouse-Coopers, Maritz, Doosan America and IBM to identify opportunities, open new markets, build new sales forces and close engagements to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Most recently, John has established a brand new sales group from scratch at National Waste Associates, reversing long-term sales declines. This rapidly improved deal flow with new strategies, critical processes and new people to support them. He closed 10 major account wins in 2018. Earlier in his career, he was the general manager of the IBM Maritz Performance Improvement partnership, providing performance improvement solutions to IBM worldwide.

John is married, with 4 wonderful daughters, and lives in Connecticut.
