Leadership is the ability to influence others in way that moves them towards a common purpose.

I enjoy spending time with family, getting outdoors, and watching most any competitive sport. I am a firm believer in having a cup of coffee before any activity in the morning, constancy to purpose, 110% is easier than 98%, family first, teamwork, and miracles!
