Chris is an experienced strategic global learning and sales leader with experience deploying solutions for workforce improvement in diverse functional environments.
Chris has experience in all aspects of global enterprise sales & learning and development including sales development strategies, training delivery strategies, learning technology platforms, multi-cultural leadership development, measurement/learning analytics, talent management strategies, experiential training models, change management approaches, and performance support strategies.
Prior to joining MPS, Chris served as a L&D leader for several Fortune 500 organizations in various learning roles from a Learning Consultant to Head of Learning & Development. Chris also had a consulting business providing learning & sales enablement consultation to various international organizations.
With extensive experience leading L&D teams, Chris has the ability to execute in complex organizational environments.
Originally from Columbus, Chris currently lives north of Pittsburgh, PA with his wife (Randi), twin 5-year-old boys (Hudson & James), 7-year-old son (Jude), and a Border Terrier (Pearson).
