“Most people would rather live with a problem they cannot solve, than accept a solution they cannot understand.” – R.E.D. Woolsey

Kathryn McIver’s passion in life is to organize chaos and this can be seen in her career. Starting out as an efficiency expert, Kathryn has established herself as a thought partner and sounding board for organizations seeking to clarify their metrics and streamline operations by speaking at conferences and publishing articles on topics related to efficient management practices.

Prior to MPS, Kathryn has worked with healthcare, telecom and K-12 educational organizations to implement relevant and valuable solutions. She has a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University, a MBA from Syracuse University, an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing research regarding the effects of chaos and complexity on organizations.

Leadership is building the foundation that empower and encourage organizations and their people to succeed; It’s about seeing the future, while understanding the past.

When I’m not focused on improving operations, I enjoy writing, ballroom dancing and chasing my two Basset Hound-Bulldogs.
