Current Opportunities Available:
Create relationship in order to open new annuity accounts
from ground up. Opens new divisions within existing Enterprise Accounts. Completes
thorough research, develops business intelligence and sales strategy to open these
new account and divisions. Creates appropriate sales team from Program Leaders,
Directors, and Account Leaders to assist with account sales. Provides target
clients comprehensive overview of MPS and completes sales process through
first contract. After contract is closed Business Developer transfer account to
Account Leader including all leads and RFP's.
- Identifying the top 20 regional
target accounts (T6AA’s & AA’s) to open together with regional sale
- Creating Business Development
Account Plans for these accounts. (Target: functional areas, specific
roles, titles, programs and dollars
- Expanding business within
accounts we already have, opening new divisions
- Working with AL to develop a
“pursuit plan” in an existing account.
- Being able to communicate
account strategies to internal clients
- Experts: strategy and tactics to
open new business in a proactive manner
- At least 3 strong referral
networks. (M&A’s and Personal Networks and MSS)
- Taking significant roles in the
referral networks (Vice Chair Board of Directors CO)
- Presenting at as many face to
face opportunities (M&A, sales, lunches)
- Being able to communicate region

This is an employee position with a base salary plus
performance bonuses. Depending on results equity and deferred income is also
available. A Certification Program is provided to support you in being a MPS Business Developer. The income potential is in the six-figures and can take 1-2
years to attain.
