Cascading & Sustainability
The Sustainability Program builds the components of the Strategic Team Plan and Accountability Program into the management structure of an organization so that it is sustainable through leadership changes and reorganization.
By cascading objectives to each individual in an organization or team, employees begin to focus on completing actions that support not only their department, but also the company’s mission, values and long-term goals.
Onboarding new employees and certifying them is an important aspect of the Sustainabily Program, because as employees join the organization they are trained from the beginning how to create objectives, communicate progress, and course correct in line with program protocol. They also learn how to use Outlook to effectively manage their time, tasks and projects.
