Job Description Overview

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Administrator will support the Innovation Department in all administrative areas including calendaring, reporting, budgeting, PowerPoint Presentation creation and editing, collateral preparation and editing, and meeting planning. The Executive Administrator also provides personal assistance to support the CEO, including arranging travel, updating health and legal records, and running personal errands.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Innovation Manager (draft documents, presentations etc.)

• Support CEO with personal errands and projects

• Calendar internal and external meetings

• Assist with managing certification programs

• Organize and update Innovation documents on SharePoint

• Archive Innovation and Training & Development documents on SharePoint annually

• Assist with writing and conducting internal surveys

• Assist with company meeting logistics including retreats and planning meetings as needed.

• Code credit card charges each month

• Provide editing and project support to the Innovation Department

Requirements:

• Well-organized - able to stay organized while handling multiple projects and tasks

• Detail-oriented - accurate, able to close the loop and ensure all details are attended to

• Good communication skills – confident, professional and effective

• Ability to work well with others as part of a team and independently

• Strong time management stills - able to work to deadlines, re-negotiating agreements and deadlines as needed

• Proficiency with Outlook 2010, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required

• Experience with SharePoint, OneNote, and Live Meeting preferred

• Demonstrated ability to set-up and improve systems and processes

• Excellent proof reading and writing skills

• Experience in working from a home office

• Must have a working, fully insured vehicle, and a valid driver’s license

• Open to personal development work and coaching

• Interested in a long-term position and highly values being of service

Other:

This is a full-time work-at-home position with limited benefits at this time. While you will be working from home for the most part, you will be meeting with the CEO in the University of Denver area a few times each week, and will spend some time each week running errands.

McGhee Productivity is a virtual entrepreneurial company that offers the opportunity for growth and contribution to its employees and leadership team. Training sessions and company meetings are held in Denver, CO. Start date is to be determined with a base salary of $30,000/yr.
